Why Do Turnkey Projects

Planning

We begins with a kickoff meeting to learn more about the concept,understanding client's vision and to do proper planning.Design team will compile all information received from the client putting together to create work drawings.If accessible, our team will visit and prepare a site survey report(SSB) to identify any obstacles at an earlier stage.

Securing permits,arranging the labor and resources required for the project,budget,procurement list and work schedule will also be discussed and finalized during this time.

We will set per hand over date internally, which will be 5-7 days prior final handover, so that we will have enough time to reviewthe quality rectify any snags or additional changes .

Once all set,we will sit with client for a final inspection to ensure that the project aligns with both the client's vision and regulatory requirements before entering the subsequent construction phases.

Procurement

We have a well expierenced procurement team who ensure all necessary resources are purchased and delivered on time,within budget and in compliance with quality standards and client requirements.

Samples will be submitted to client for approval and once we got all approvals, it will be segregrated between priorities and long leads.

Any joinery deliverables will be placed to our joinery workshop and the production will be closely montiored using procurement tracker till start to end of each project.Completed units will be delivered to site according to the requirement and instruction from project manager.

Execution Phase

Mobilization of all required materials.

Ensuring quality of materials.

Final inspection of site and start construction.

Maintatin regular communication with client.

Montiorthe project and address any obstacles immediately.

Payment follow up and invoice submission according to progress.

Follow up with long lead items.

Follow up with client supplied items.

Weekly progress report to client with photos.

Follow up with third party installations,if any.

Hand Over Phase

All our planning come into action at this phase.Construction team will evaluate the quality of the materials delivered and start the construction according to the schedule and approval final drawings.

Communication and coordination between our project manager and client architect is most important at this stage.Any obstacles is noticed will be reported immediately.

To ensure the progress and quality,Our PM will be share a detailed weekly report to the client with photos,thus they will be kept informed and upto date at all stages.

If there any items delivered by the client or third party,it will be followed to deliver on time.

Finance department will submit invoices along with progress updating sheet and follow up with payments.

Project Closure

Immediately after handover,site will be vertified with as built drawings to collect the final quantity assessment and to identify any variations .Once the final inspections have been made,and the client accepts the project with all deliverables ,shall provide the completion report.

Any major additional works or variations will be documented.Final invoice will be submitted immediately along with all relevant documents.Any retention amount will be marked and set reminder.

A project evaluation meeting will be held discuss whether client was satisfied with the project and to identify any changes to be implemented to improve future projects.
